Multi-crew cooperation (MCC) course

Our MCC course in Perth is designed to give you the team skills to work effectively as a pilot on a modern-day flight deck in a multi-crew airline environment.

Our MCC aviation training is approved under CASA Part 142 and graduates receive a formal Certificate of Completion as well as logbook endorsement of competence.

Scenario-based MCC aviation training

Training includes scenario-based and line-oriented exercises, carefully designed to help you develop and practise the skills needed for leadership and support roles in different situations. Instruction is paced to your background and experience by current airline pilots.

We train on a high-fidelity Pacific Simulators PS4.5, based on a Boeing 737-800 with a modern glass cockpit, CASA certified for MCC pilot training and CAT B instrument recency.

What prerequisites do I need for the MCC course?

You need to hold or have held a PPL, CPL or ATPL, a valid Instrument Rating, and have completed the ATPL Human Factors (AHUF) theory exam.

How long does the MCC course take?

You can complete it as three days in-person plus one day online, or as four days spread across two weekends (two days per weekend), whichever suits your schedule.
