Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We may offer:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200!
For all other orders:
- Under $20 -- $14.95
- $20 - $99.99 -- $12.95
- $100 - $199.99 -- $9.95
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Western Australia: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (Metro): 3–8 business days
- Regional areas: may take longer
- Express Shipping: Faster options available at checkout

Orders may be collected from:

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Address Changes
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check around your property and with neighbours.
- Contact Australia Post/the courier directly.
- Notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
We will assist with investigations where possible.
FlightX is not responsible for parcels that are confirmed delivered by the carrier to the correct address provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery provided the item:
- Is unused
- Is in original packaging
- Is in saleable condition
- Includes proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking or administration fee of up to 20% where applicable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
We will assess the claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the ACL.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
- Customer is responsible for return postage
- Additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement item

Simulator Bookings & Gift Vouchers
Simulator experiences and gift vouchers are governed by our Terms of Service, including booking, rescheduling and cancellation conditions.
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Changes within 48 hours may incur a rebooking fee.
Failure to attend without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the booking.
